Trust me - wings are one of the easiest game-day snacks you can make. With just chicken wings, seasoning, and an oven, you can make crispy wings that everyone will want more of! Tossed in your favorite sauce or enjoyed plain, they’re easy to make and packed with flavor. Let’s dive into the recipe for this crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients
4 pounds chicken wings
2 tablespoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracker black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Place an oven rack in the middle-upper position of the oven. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Use paper towels to pat the wings completely dry. Keep drying until the paper towels no longer absorb any liquid. Place the wings in a large bowl.
Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder in a small bowl. Then sprinkle the seasoning over the wings, tossing to evenly coat.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire baking rack inside the baking sheet. Spray the rack with non-stick spray.
Arrange wings, skin side up, in single layer on prepared wire rack.
Bake the chicken wings for 40 minutes to 1 hour, flipping the wings every 20 minutes.
Continue to bake until the wings are crispy and browned!
Serve tossed in your favorite wing sauce or enjoy plain! Enjoy!
